Lucky Buffet Nearby Independence, IA, is the home of Lucky Buffet. It's located at 2335 Jamestown Avenue, Independence, and has safe parking just outside. Lucky Buffet, as the name says, serves its food as a huge buffet. You pay an entrance fee of $8 at the door and can then choose from a vast array of appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
